NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee the floor service, ensuring cleaning, hygiene and amenities are properly managed. You will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and supervise the team to meet service standards with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior hospitality experience, knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards, and flexibility to work across shifts. A proactive, autonomous mindset and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in similar hospitality roles.
• English language required; another foreign language preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise floor service, cleaning, hygiene and amenities replacement.
• Ensure service standards and safety procedures to deliver quality and excellence.
