ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will lead by example, supervise daily operations, and collaborate with Front Office to enhance the guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory housekeeping role, strong leadership and attention to detail, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Coordinate and lead the housekeeping team, promoting motivation, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
• Manage guest requests and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to optimize the guest experience.
