NH Collection Avenida Da Liberdade is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee floor service, cleanliness, and amenities, reporting to the Hotel Housekeeper. You will ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The role requires professional hospitality experience, English proficiency, and flexibility, with additional language skills preferred to support a diverse guest mix across Europe and beyond.

• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language with a basic level of hospitality vocabulary.

What will be your mission?

As a Floor Supervisor, you will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and will be responsible for supervising the floor service.

What will you do?

• Ensuring the planning, coordination and supervision of the floor service, cleaning, hygiene and replacement of amenities and other products;
• Complying with service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding the expectations of the client.
