Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, and products.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Handle questions and complaints professionally.
• Guide customers through relevant processes and products.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback for improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of products and policies through regular training.
