You should show proven organic growth from brand or product content, be comfortable on camera without a studio, and ship videos quickly with strong hooks and native platform instincts.

Qualificações

• Ability to create repeatable formats and hooks for short-form video.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills for quick iterations.

Responsabilidades

• Own Instagram and TikTok end-to-end: ideas, calendar, filming, editing, posting, comments, analytics.
• Be the on-camera face of the brand and demo the product to drive engagement.
• Research daily to turn formats into sharp hooks and videos while fresh.
• Publish consistently at high volume and iterate based on performance.
