Darkroom is seeking a self-driven Video Editor to join our remote team. You will develop marketing collateral including video content and organic material, telling compelling stories to help clients grow.

The ideal candidate thrives on fast-paced timelines and can deliver platform-native content for IG, Meta, and TikTok with strong motion graphics and typography skills. As a key contributor, you’ll edit UGC-style videos, layer audio seamlessly, and craft engaging hooks.

Qualificações

• Experience creating platform-native content for IG Reels, Meta ads, and TikTok.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple brands and deliverables.
• Strong Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro X.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Media Encoder, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with broadcast finishing workflows and codec/transcoding practices.
• Ability to work in a networked server environment and manage media storage.

Responsabilidades

• Edit UGC-style videos across a variety of formats.
• Develop and execute thumb-stopping social edits with layered audio and on-brand messaging.
• Brainstorm inventive edits and hooks to drive engagement.
• Stay current on social platforms, ad offerings, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the brand voice across channels and be a creative partner.
• Meet deadlines while coordinating with the edit staff.
• Ingest and log footage; master deliverables and archive projects.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot edit equipment; support senior staff.
