Go Echoes is seeking a talented Video Editor & Creative Designer to join our marketing team remotely. You will craft high-converting short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram ads, driving customer acquisition and growth through compelling creatives.

This role blends sharp editing and design with a solid grasp of performance marketing metrics, requiring a portfolio that proves impact, fast iteration, and collaboration with the marketing team to test multiple creative variants.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design for social media advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing TikTok, Instagram, and paid advertising creatives.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-driven creative strategies.
• Ability to create content that captures attention within the first few seconds.
• Strong knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and paid social campaigns.
• Design static and motion creatives optimized for conversion and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing purposes.
• Analyze creative performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Identify emerging social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Optimize existing creatives based on campaign results and audience insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining a performance-focused approach.
