Paradox is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own the content lifecycle across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll cut, caption, and ship edits daily using AI to accelerate output, without waiting for briefs.

You’ll own the calendar, posting, and community replies, while tracking performance for growth. You’ll thrive with 2–3 years of rapid-brand experience, a strong portfolio of reels/shorts, and fluency in English plus French.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in social media management or creator roles.
• Portfolio with reels/shorts and growth numbers.
• Experience using AI tools for editing, captioning and ideation.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Be the hands-on builder behind Paradox's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Cut, caption, and ship content daily without waiting for assets from the video team.
• Own the channels end to end: calendar, posting, community replies, performance tracking.
