Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering, Supply Chain in Portugal to drive the technical strategy for inventory and logistics tooling. You will lead an engineering organization of ~25 engineers, including managers, QA, SRE and Data Engineering, and scale device operations across multiple markets.

The role requires hands-on leadership with a product-minded approach to solving operational challenges through scalable software systems and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 10–15 years software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams through growth.
• 5+ years Java production experience.
• Experience managing managers and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for inventory, logistics and repair management software.
• Lead an engineering org of ~25 engineers, including managers, QA, SRE and Data Engineering.
• Drive platformisation to make data visible, trustworthy and consistent across markets.
• Bridge operational practice and software systems with disciplined solutions.
• Define architecture standards, processes and quality metrics across squads.
