DataCamp is seeking a Director of Partnerships and Technology Alliances to shape and scale our partnerships function. You will own the end-to-end strategy, personally close deals, and later build a small team while maintaining a portfolio of relationships.

You'll manage licensing terms, revenue sharing, and content rights, while collaborating with curriculum, product, legal, and marketing to deliver live content learners complete. This is a leadership role in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Deep fluency in the AI, data, and cloud landscape.
• Experience in the education, EdTech, or enterprise L&D market.
• Proven ability to build a function from near-scratch.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent cross-functional judgment.

• Own DataCamp's partnership strategy for curriculum and partners.
• Source, negotiate, and close partnerships and licensing deals.
• Build and manage senior relationships across AI, data, and cloud ecosystems.
• Collaborate with curriculum, product, legal, and marketing to launch live content.
