ITDS is seeking a Senior AI Engineering Manager to lead an AI squad, shaping the strategy, architecture, and execution of AI/LLM-powered products in a regulated environment. You will drive governance, vendor evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal and Compliance.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and translate business priorities into a scalable AI roadmap, with a focus on compliant, high-impact solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record shipping AI/LLM-powered products end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of AI architecture, LLMOps and scalable infra.

Aufgaben

• Lead the AI squad's strategy, people, and technical standards.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI/LLM-powered products, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Review architecture, set engineering standards (prompting, evaluation, guardrails).
• Own and execute the technical roadmap, aligning AI development with business goals.
• Mentor and manage AI Engineers and Senior AI Engineers, fostering high performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to ensure AI governance.
• Evaluate vendor and model strategies, balancing cost, performance, and build-vs-buy.
• Communicate AI strategy, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
