DataCamp, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to turn ambitious ideas into scalable systems. You’ll own end-to-end product and platform projects with autonomy, partnering with Product, Design, and engineering teams to ship work you’re proud of.

This is an AI-native team using Claude Code, Codex, LLMs and AI APIs to prototype faster, raise code quality, and tackle hard problems for learners and organizations we serve.

• 7+ years building software across the stack

Responsabilités

• Own product or platform projects end-to-end — idea, build, release, measurement, iteration — with the autonomy to make them count.
• Shape the technical direction of the systems you work on, from architecture through implementation.
• Own the services you ship and keep them scalable, reliable, and observable as they grow — and increasingly, those services are powered by LLMs.
• Raise the bar for technical decisions and architecture across scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems, including LLM-powered services.
• Use data, metrics, and user feedback to decide what to build next.
• Grow the engineers around you through mentorship, technical leadership, and thoughtful code review.
