You will manage a fast-paced service, ensure cleanliness and food safety, train staff, monitor inventory, and collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing, and cost control. Proven leadership and a culinary arts degree are preferred.

Qualificações

• Proven Head Chef or Executive Chef in fine dining.
• Strong culinary knowledge across international cuisines.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced kitchen and train staff.
