Job summary

Target is seeking a Food Service Team Leader to guide a team of hourly associates in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining food safety standards. You will plan daily work, train staff, and ensure consistent operations across Food & Beverage areas.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing inventory and execution of promotions, while driving department goals and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced store environment.

• Oversee daily/weekly workload to align with business priorities and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions and quality standards to support store goals.
