Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a store oversight professional to support the Store Director in delivering a convenient, friendly, and clean shopping experience. You will lead Service Specialists, provide training, and help drive daily operations end-to-end.

The role requires managerial experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and customer service. You will manage inventory, pricing, deposits and staff scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and provide feedback.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads. Manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels; review P&L, sales, shrink and labor data.
• Check inventory on trucks, unload products, and ensure accuracy of inventory and paperwork.
• Open/close store as assigned and follow proper procedures.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with labeling requirements.
• Prepare, verify and balance deposits; manage tills and tender policies.
• Identify and communicate process improvements to Store Director.
• Verify pricing with operations support and scanners.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment following safety procedures.
• Maintain customer-focused service and assist with locating products.
