Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Head of Steward to lead the stewarding team, ensure cleanliness and HACCP compliance across kitchen spaces, and uphold high service standards.

You will coordinate with Kitchen and Restaurant teams, manage inventories, and drive a culture of guest satisfaction through meticulous hygiene and organized operations.

Experience in stewarding leadership and food safety is preferred; weekend shifts and flexibility are noted.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in managing stewarding teams or operational cleaning functions in hospitality or F&B.
• HACCP knowledge and food hygiene standards are required.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate and manage teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the Stewarding team to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and sanitation of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety procedures.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure crockery, cutlery and supplies are stocked and replenished.
• Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Oversee stewarding equipment handling and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Restaurant teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
