JLL in Lisbon seeks a Corporate Receptionist to own the internal/external visitor experience and deliver front-of-house services across sign-in, badging, luggage, deliveries and inquiries.

You will greet and assist candidates, visitors and the public while staying aware of onsite events to personalise experiences. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate meeting spaces using Outlook, SharePoint and room booking tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge or related field with excellent people skills.
• Previous experience in high profile corporate environment with strong customer service and communication.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese with good PC literacy.
• High attention to detail and professionalism as team ambassador.
• Understanding of front of house services including sign-in, badging and deliveries.
• Knowledge of telephone, email and query direction in front of house.
• Experience setting up meeting and event spaces per guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexibly in different settings as part of the team.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of internal and external visitor experience with positive, memorable interactions.
• Deliver core front of house services: sign-in, badging, luggage, deliveries and inquiries.
• Greet and direct candidates, visitors and general public.
• Maintain presentation and functionality across front of house and events areas.
• Set up meeting and event spaces per guidelines and EHS considerations.
• Maintain Outlook, conference room finder and SharePoint room bookings.
• Provide local area knowledge on shops, restaurants, hotels and transport.
• Coordinate daily room booking displays and onsite space audits.
