Martinhal Lisbon Oriente, part of Martinhal Luxury Resorts, invites applications for a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office, Concierge and Porter teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the department's financial administration.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a Front Office leadership role in 4- or 5-star hotels, fluent Portuguese and English, strong PMS and Excel skills, and availability to work shifts including weekends. Fluency in French/Spanish a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong guest focus and leadership skills.
• Balance operational responsibilities with administrative tasks.
• Good knowledge of hotel PMS systems and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French or Spanish an advantage.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in properties with serviced apartments or extended-stay is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and supervise the Front Office team.
• Ensure check-in/check-out quality and guest experience.
• Manage guest complaints and service recovery.
• Coordinate daily with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B and Reservations.
• Oversee billing, city, tax, deposits, night audit and cash closing procedures.
• Monitor operational, financial and guest satisfaction indicators.
• Manage departmental schedules, costs and overtime.
• Recruit, train and evaluate team members.
