Martinhal Lisbon Oriente is recruiting a Front Office Manager (M/F) to lead the Front Office, Concierge and Porter operations. The role combines on-the-floor leadership with strong administrative responsibilities to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient departmental management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a Front Office Manager or Assistant role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, fluent Portuguese and English, a hospitality degree, and availability for weekend/public

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with serviced apartments or extended-stay properties is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and supervise the Front Office team.
• Ensure high-quality check-in, check-out and guest experience.
• Manage guest complaints and service recovery situations.
• Coordinate daily with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B and Reservations.
• Oversee billing, city, tax, deposits, night audit and cash closing procedures.
• Monitor operational, financial and guest satisfaction indicators.
• Manage department schedules, costs and overtime.
• Recruit, train and evaluate team members.
