Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry and is hiring a Business Systems Lead to own our GTM stack for Europe. You’ll manage Salesforce end-to-end, decide when a request is a system change or a process issue, and help shape how we infuse AI into our GTM workflows to drive more pipeline, faster quote-to-contract, and cleaner data.

This hands-on role requires 6–9 years in Business Systems or RevOps, deep Salesforce expertise, and strong English communication for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in Business Systems or RevOps roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience designing and maintaining complex config.
• Experience administering the broader GTM application stack.
• Strong GTM process knowledge and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to drive end-to-end systems work with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Europe and translate priorities into requirements.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions to improve pipeline and quote-to-contract speed.
• Prioritize requests and distinguish system issues from process/training needs.
• Keep Salesforce org healthy with data quality and access controls.
• Identify AI opportunities to automate GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional standards.
• Support Dandy's global expansion into new markets.
• Own end-to-end delivery for your region from build to post-launch.
