Job summary
TP is seeking a seasoned Product Owner – AI Solutions (Growth & Sales) to own end-to-end product delivery for our AI-powered sales automation stack. You will oversee multi-year roadmaps, collaborate with commercial, operations, and external partners, and ensure scalable, secure digital solutions across global enterprise clients.

Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of progressive experience in software product management.
- 3+ years leading end-to-end technical delivery in Agile environments.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors, SI partners, or co-development teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products and LLMs.
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO, or PMP are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own multi-year product roadmaps for Growth & Sales AI portfolios.
- Translate high-friction workflows into scalable product offerings.
- Lead cross-functional pods and coordinate with external partners.
- Define BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alignment.
