CloudTalk is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of AI+Human communication for its core Sales & Support segment. You will build user insights, define a compelling strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive growth for customers globally.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and R&D to validate ideas and align roadmaps with business goals, while leveraging AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decisions.

• Experience shaping product strategy for B2B platforms.
• Ability to translate user needs into product problems and opportunities.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build deep understanding of core users through direct and indirect research.
• Craft and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Lead customer discovery, journey mapping, and prioritize golden tasks.
• Drive product-led decision making across teams.
