Job summary

TP is seeking an executive product leader to define and drive scalable platform capabilities and vertical enterprise solutions across Banking, Healthcare, Collections, and Sales. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and P&L, guiding multi‑pod teams and coordinating with GTM, Delivery, and executive sponsors.

You will partner with Cloud, Security, Legal, and Finance to embed governance and responsible AI across global deployments, ensuring ROI and regulatory compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading product strategy or end‑to‑end product ownership in large‑scale, multi‑product SaaS environments.
• Experience shipping AI features integrated into complex enterprise systems.
• Experience with regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, debt collection).

Responsibilities

• Define a unified multi‑year vision for the horizontal platform and vertical lines.
• Own the product portfolio P&L and end‑to‑end strategy from concept to revenue scale.
• Lead global pods and scale teams while enforcing platform reuse and preventing bespoke code divergence.
• Embed domain depth by staffing pods with industry SMEs and collaborating with TP operations.
• Coordinate dependencies across data platforms, AI infrastructure, and vertical apps.
