Global Data Product Owner - End-to-End AI & Analytics

Job summary

TP seeks a Data Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of a data product, from its purpose to adoption across countries and clients. You will lead the roll-out with data modelers, developers and stewards, coordinating across global teams and with Data Engineering and regional partners.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, manage milestones and risks, and work with leadership to define KPIs, roadmaps and measurable value for AI-enabled use cases.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business.
• 6+ years in data, BI, or digital product ownership with 3+ years leading multi‑stakeholder data or analytics projects end to end
• Knowledge of data products, data mesh and the bronze-silver-gold (medallion) architecture
• SQL and familiarity with a Lakehouse platform (Databricks) and BI tools (Power BI) to challenge delivery and estimates
• Experience delivering data or analytics products across multiple countries or client accounts, ideally including products that feed AI use cases such as predictive models or AI assistants
• GDPR and EU AI Act knowledge; access to data is contractually constrained

Responsibilities

• Define product value with business owner and AI use cases
• Create a roadmap of use cases and country/client roll-outs; prioritize backlog
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and backlog
• Run delivery plan as project manager; manage milestones, risks and capacity
• Lead country and client roll-outs from design to go-live
• Coordinate data modelers, developers and stewards; keep leadership informed on progress
• Agree vision, KPIs and adoption baselines; report SLAs and data rights
