Job summary

Reach is seeking a Growth Strategist (SEO & AEO Specialist) to own customer outcomes, lead organic growth engagements, and drive experiments that advance our AI search and SEO platform. You’ll work directly with high‑growth customers, shape strategies from research to roadmaps, and codify knowledge into scalable playbooks.

You’ll lead three pillars: client engagements, experimentation to improve our system, and building a world‑class growth team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience driving organic traffic and revenue for B2B/SaaS.
• Experience building and executing scalable SEO strategies and playbooks.
• Strong writer and communicator with the ability to explain complex strategies to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements for a portfolio of world‑class companies; own strategy end‑to‑end.
• Run continuous experiments to improve AI search and SEO; codify learnings into the platform.
• Build and lead a team of growth strategists; recruit, mentor, and scale processes.
