Job summary

Reach is seeking a Talent & Operations Lead. Based in Lisbon or NYC, this in-person role will build Reach's talent acquisition engine from scratch, finding, engaging, and closing the top 1% for every role.

You'll treat recruiting as a go-to-market motion, own the operational backbone, and grow into leading a team as the company scales. This is a founding role for someone who has launched startup recruiting engines and thrives on building from zero.

Qualifications

• Experience building a talent acquisition engine.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build the talent acquisition engine from scratch and own the full funnel from prospecting to offer.
• Own the operations backbone: invoicing, vendor management, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
• Lead and scale a team as Reach grows; implement weekly optimization of recruiting processes.
