TejoMed is building a direct primary care model in Portugal and seeks an entrepreneurial, full-stack marketing lead. You will own the growth engine, sharpen our message, and turn interest into active members through copy, pages, and campaigns.

You will master AI workflows to deliver output at agency scale, work hands-on, and align with the local Lisbon/Portugal context while communicating in clear English.

Our challenge isn't whether the model works; it's distribution and communication. Membership-based primary care is still new, and most people don’t yet understand why direct access to a dedicated doctor is worth paying for. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, full-stack marketing lead to own our growth engine, sharpen our message, and turn interest into active members.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Day 30: Our website (built in Framer) clearly communicates who we are and why direct primary care matters in under five seconds.
• Day 60: A weekly testing rhythm is running across copy angles, landing pages, and email nurture flows.
• Day 90: Qualified member inquiries and sign-ups are measurably up, supported by repeatable acquisition channels and briefed freelance specialists (design, video, localization).
