This role blends strategic direction with execution, emphasizing AI-first marketing and close collaboration with product, analytics, and sales. Remote-friendly with office focus, based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in B2B marketing, with a track record scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Expertise in CRM, retention, partnerships or referral programs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the marketing strategy for Brazil and other international markets, with an initial focus on Brazil and Mexico.
• Structure marketing activities into a measurable, scalable system.
• Own the full marketing funnel across channels and drive data-informed decisions.
