JoomPro is seeking a hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to drive growth across Brazil and other markets. You will shape the marketing engine, own the funnel, and lead analytics with an AI-first mindset in collaboration with product and sales teams.

Blooming in a cross-border B2B context, this role demands strategic thinking, strong execution, and leadership of a distributed marketing team across multiple regions and countries.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading B2B marketing in large SMB segments.
• Hands-on expertise in paid channels (Facebook, TikTok, and other paid channels).
• Fluent English and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the marketing strategy for Brazil and international markets.
• Structure activities into a clear, measurable and scalable system.
• Own the full marketing funnel across all channels (paid acquisition, CRM, partnerships, etc).
• Own marketing analytics and manage decisions with data driven approach.
• Set goals for the marketing team, prioritize initiatives and ensure strong execution.
• Work closely with product, analytics and sales teams.
• Implement AI first approach to marketing.
