Wise Pirates is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead planning, implementation, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will own data collection, tracking, and KPI reporting, ensuring ROI through analytics-driven decisions.

You will work within an omnichannel digital team, balancing automation with strategic human input, and collaborate closely with clients to achieve best results.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of paid campaign management experience.
• Strong on Google Ads or Meta & Social Ads, or both.
• Deep knowledge of GA/GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience with attribution, tracking setup and analytics.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Plan online advertising strategies and build campaigns across platforms.
• Implement campaigns from scratch or manage large existing accounts.
• Design campaign architecture, balancing automation and manual effort.
• Deliberately orchestrate automated campaigns and signals.
• Manage tracking and measurement to ensure data quality for bidding.
• Collect data across platforms to enable ongoing optimisation.
• Compile regular performance reports and KPI analyses.
• Work with budgets and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Provide creative input and collaborate with clients and team.
