Wise Pirates is seeking a Google Ads Specialist focused on Shopping to join our crew in Portugal. You will manage campaigns across Performance Max and Shopping, optimize product data in Merchant Center, and own the feed strategy to drive margin-based outcomes.

You will work closely with data, creative, and CRM teams on accounts ranging from first implementations to mature structures, using AI tools and analytics to inform decisions and improve performance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads with e-commerce budgets.
• Mastery of Google Shopping and Merchant Center and diagnostics.
• Hands-on Performance Max for retail campaigns with asset groups.
• Experience with feed management tools and product data quality.
• Strong analytics and ability to reconcile data with ad platforms.
• Clear communication and teamwork in cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and manage Shopping-focused Google Ads across Performance Max and standard Shopping.
• Create and optimize product data in Merchant Center and resolve disapprovals.
• Own the feed strategy: titles, attributes, labels, and segmentation.
• Work toward margin-aware targets using label-based optimization.
• Decide catalog segmentation and budget allocation for campaigns.
• Analyze performance and produce actionable reports.
• Ensure measurement hygiene and accurate GA4 configuration.
• Brief and judge creative assets for Performance Max and feed tooling.
• Stay updated on market trends in Google Ads and retail.
• Collaborate with data, creative, and CRM teams; identify growth opportunities.
