Job summary

Unik-SEO, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in the Greater Lisbon area, seeks an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead our new Paid Media Department. You’ll own a portfolio of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms, and launch new clients with diverse bidding setups.

You’ll work with international clients in English, help recruit and train junior PPC executives, and build a data-driven optimization culture to maximise ROAS and ROI while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• 2+ years of paid media experience across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently.
• Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
• Digital marketing best practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Setup, implement, track and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook & Instagram.
• Develop A/B testing plans for ad copy, landing pages and creatives.
• Identify new keyword opportunities and optimise bidding strategies for ROAS.
• Manage client portfolios and deliver regular reports to clients.
• Collaborate with team to create cross-channel campaigns and training for juniors.
• Gather competitive insights and deliver learnings to clients.
• Improve knowledge of paid media techniques and share with the team.
