Besthire's tech client in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Greek-speaking Content Moderator to join their growing team.

You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support, handling inbound contacts via phone, chat and email, and logging details in the internal system. This on-site role includes onboarding and ongoing coaching, with career development opportunities; start date 10/Sep/26.

Qualificações

• Greek language proficiency and ability to communicate confidently in English.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Ability to review user-generated content including sensitive material.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email.
• Log details clearly in the internal system.
• Escalate tricky issues to a specialist as needed.
• Participate in onboarding and training programs.
