CloserHire is seeking a Greek-speaking Content Moderator for an ecommerce project based in Lisbon. You will review content to ensure it meets platform policies and local legal standards, making informed moderation decisions with attention to quality and compliance.

The role requires native Greek and strong English, with rotative 24/7 shifts and two days off per week. Relocation support is available for international candidates, plus health and meal/transport benefits.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Greek and good command of English (B2).
• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms is an asset.
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality while adhering to latency targets and guidelines.
• Escalate content or issues per internal procedures and stay updated on policy changes.
