Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Greek-speaking customer support specialist for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria. The position includes a fully paid relocation package, comprehensive health coverage, and structured training to ensure success from day one.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with teams to meet KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Greek language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communications
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous but training is provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and CRM/ticketing platforms

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Greek-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and service requests per guidelines and SLAs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM ensuring data integrity.
• Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues or relevant departments.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Meet and strive to exceed team KPIs such as response times and CSAT scores.
• Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.
