Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Hungarian-speaking customer support professional for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will deliver exceptional service, resolve queries, and maintain high client satisfaction while collaborating with a diverse international team.

You will use CRM tools, stay updated on product knowledge, and communicate effectively in Hungarian and English. A relocation package and ongoing training support your success in this exciting European opportunity.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Hungarian language skills (spoken and written).
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support to Hungarian-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose issues and deliver timely solutions in line with service standards.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system with accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to senior colleagues or relevant departments as needed.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including CSAT and response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes for accurate communication.
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
