WLG is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to join an international defence academy in Oeiras, near Lisbon. You will support training coordinators, instructors and students, coordinating iterations, scheduling, and on-site and remote logistics.

You will work with enterprise systems, training management tools and LMS, producing accurate records, and ensuring funding and resources are aligned with the academy schedule. Fluent English and data reporting skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in education or training delivery.
• Ability to manage complex scheduling and resources.
• Proficient with ERP/financial tooling for data entry and records.
• Strong customer service record with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Providing first-line support to training coordinators, instructors and students and solving issues quickly
• Advising on course iteration requests and scheduling
• Coordinating iterations day by day against the schedule
• Arranging practical and technical support on site and at remote locations
• Administering iteration scheduling, resources and funding
• Helping plan and manage the overall course schedule and events
• Onboarding instructors and in-processing students
