Wlgroup, an international defence academy in Oeiras near Lisbon, seeks a training coordination professional to manage course iterations, schedules, and on-site/remote support. You will onboard instructors, coordinate resources, and ensure timely administration of training programs.

Ideal candidates bring experience in education delivery, strong scheduling capabilities, and proficiency with enterprise systems and LMS platforms, with excellent English communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in education delivery or training programs.
• Ability to manage complex scheduling and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems (training management, ERP or financial tooling).
• Strong customer-service track record with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with a learning management system (LMS) including data uploads.
• Solid reporting and data skills; fluent English in technical/user documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support to training coordinators, instructors and students; resolve issues quickly.
• Advise on course iteration requests and schedule, mapping requirements to learning solutions.
• Coordinate day-to-day iterations with the academy schedule and adjust as needed.
• Arrange practical/technical support for courses on-site and at remote locations (access, bookings, AV, network, security).
• Administer scheduling, resources and funding in training management and ERP systems; ensure accurate records.
