Wlg is seeking a Training Development Officer for Electromagnetic Operations in the Lisbon area, focusing on turning a new training plan into actionable development work. You will draft the discipline baseline report, support analysis, and drive training needs analyses to close gaps, coordinating with multiple audiences across headquarters and facilities.

Fluency in English and experience with training design are essential, with familiarity in LMS, collaboration portals, and web conferencing

• Ability to draft baseline reports for discipline training.
• Experience with training needs analysis and reporting outputs.
• Ability to plan and run training needs analyses to close gaps.
• Proven track record in organizing conferences, workshops and events.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the new training plan into actionable follow-up and development work.
• Draft the discipline baseline report.
• Support analysis and write the resulting report.
• Plan and run the training needs analysis to close gaps.
• Identify audiences across HQs, commands and facilities.
• Communicate early with neighbouring disciplines to cover gaps.
• Plan and deliver kick-off meeting and requirements analysis workshop.
• Produce monthly situation and quarterly programme reports.
