Convatec is seeking a Global People Experience Lead for Workforce Administration to direct end-to-end employee lifecycle services across regions. Lead a global team, drive standardization, and ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

You will partner with People Solutions, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Technology to transform service delivery, enable automation, and scale operations with a focus on data-driven improvements and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience leading Workforce Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services functions.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-country operational teams in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR technologies, preferably Workday and ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Own the global Workforce Administration service portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all regions and countries.
• Lead Workforce Administration operations with a customer-centric and experience-led approach.
• Translate People Solutions and HR COE strategies into scalable operational services.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, automate, and improve processes.
