Job summary

Accenture Portugal seeks a Total Rewards Associate Manager to lead compensation and benefits delivery across the region. You will translate global Total Rewards strategies into local execution plans, build market benchmarks, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compliant programs.

You’ll own annual compensation cycles, maintain dashboards, support audits, and enable managers with guidelines and tools. Fluent English and Portuguese are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business/Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with compensation structures.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regional labor law and benefits market practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate Total Rewards strategy into Portugal execution plans and roadmaps.
• Provide market intelligence to inform salary structures, incentives, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
• Draft updates to salary ranges, job architecture, and eligibility guidelines.
• Model scenarios and costs to support policy refinements and budgeting.
• Own end-to-end annual compensation cycle including data accuracy and manager enablement.
• Administer and optimize benefits programs and employee experience.
• Coordinate job evaluation and market pricing, ensuring equal pay alignment.
• Maintain policies, prepare for audits, and remediate findings.
• Build and maintain compensation dashboards and provide insights to HR leaders.
