Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Global People Experience Lead for Workforce Administration to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle services across regions. You will lead a global team, partner with HR functions, and shape scalable, compliant, and high-performing WA delivery to improve employee experiences.

The role focuses on standardization, automation, and service transformation, blending strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading Workforce Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
Proven experience leading large, multi-country operational teams in a global environment.
Strong knowledge of HR technologies, preferably Workday and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Own the global Workforce Administration service portfolio with consistent, high-quality delivery.
Lead operations with a customer-centric and experience-led approach while balancing compliance and efficiency.
Translate strategies into scalable operational services and drive automation and digitization.
Establish governance, KPIs, SLAs, and a comprehensive performance framework.
