Job summary

Advannor in Portugal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and IT roles across international markets.

You will partner with hiring managers, source talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires at least 4 years in recruitment, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and/or IT positions.
• Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and IT positions.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Building and executing sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Identifying, approaching, and engaging talent for current and future opportunities.
• Conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
• Providing a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the hiring process.
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Contributing ideas and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
