Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment/selection experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment management from needs to mapping the internal database.
• Create, write and post job advertisements across channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and conduct background checks.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on time-to-fill and offers.
