Accenture is seeking a recruitment intern to join the international Accenture Recruitment team in Lisbon. You will assist with full cycle recruitment, manage candidate experience, and support campus events. The role offers exposure to talent acquisition practices across a global organization.

You will participate in identifying candidates, conducting interviews, building the candidate journey, and supporting campus initiatives to attract interns and entry-level hires.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, psychology or related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Interest in recruitment and business.

Responsabilidades

• Full cycle recruitment: identify talents, conduct HR interviews for multiple positions, manage candidate pipeline, follow up through the offer stage.
• Campus events: engage with students through creative and academic events to attract internships or first jobs.
