EY Lisboa invites you to join the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team for a curricular internship in Lisbon. You’ll participate in diverse recruitment missions, identify and engage top talent, and help craft innovative sourcing strategies while building a strong talent pipeline across EY’s global network.

You’ll work in an inclusive, multinational setting, collaborating with teams across borders and leveraging mentorship to develop your recruitment and leadership skills during the internship

Qualificações

• You are in the final year of bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas.
• Interest in recruitment and employer branding.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Thriving in a multinational environment.
• Experience in IT tools, such as Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Being part of a diverse variety of recruitment missions.
• Identifying, attracting and communicating with talented people.
• Helping create and provide innovative sourcing strategies.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with talent to generate and improve recruitment pipeline.
