Job summary

Essity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join the Global Talent Lifecycle team in Lisbon. You will coordinate interviews, support executive recruitment, and help optimize recruitment processes and tools across the organization.

You will partner with Global Talent Acquisition Managers to manage interview logistics, maintain candidate data in Workday, and contribute to projects that improve the candidate experience and data quality.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experienced in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or similar administrative multi-customer-facing roles.
• Experience delivering high-quality support through effective administrative coordination and stakeholder support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Data driven with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across senior stakeholders, locations, and time zones.
• Prepare and coordinate interview logistics, including meeting invitations and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in Workday and other recruitment systems.
• Support recruitment managers with coordination and administrative activities.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition tools, system projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to recruitment standards.
• Participate in projects to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
