Air Liquide seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Global Center of Excellence in Lisbon. You will lead end-to-end recruitment and source top talent across Europe, Africa, Middle East and India, partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines for diverse business groups.

In this role you will manage approximately 25 open roles concurrently, leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with international teams to align talent strategy with

Qualificações

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting across Europe, Africa, Middle East and India.
• Fluency in English and French is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Healthcare and more.
• Strategic partnership with the business; advise managers and drive from brief to offer.
• Own a portfolio of ~25 open positions and monitor recruitment metrics (timelines, satisfaction, D&I).
• Collaborate daily with colleagues across countries and cultures.
