Job summary

You will help build strong pipelines and ensure smooth offers in a dynamic, international tech environment. You will join a cross-border team in Central Lisbon, supporting multiple countries and aligning with business

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in international environments.
• Strong interviewing method, competency-based, with case-based assessments a plus.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Fluent in French and English for interviews and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a French-speaking European market from Lisbon.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing criteria.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Screen, shortlist, and drive offers with internal stakeholders.
• Report on metrics like time-to-offer and quality-of-hire, and improve processes.
