Job summary

Anova is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to keep our sales process running smoothly from quote and order entry through shipment and renewal. This hybrid role is based in Coimbra, Portugal, with 3 days per week in the office and hours aligned to US Central Time to support global customers.

You will coordinate with Sales Directors, Sales Operations, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance, leading periodic pipeline and closed-lost reviews while maintaining CRM data and supporting onboarding

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in sales support or related roles.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
Ability to work hours aligned to US Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers from order entry through shipment, providing status updates.
Manage the sales order inbox and queue, processing orders, quotes, and documents accurately.
Prepare, send, and track customer contracts and agreements in DocuSign and Salesforce.
Own the customer agreement renewal process and provide reports ahead of renewals.
Monitor pipeline health and lead bi-weekly pipeline hygiene calls.
